We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Food Technology Technician and an Assistant Food Technology Technician to join our team for a permanent, part-time position.
Food Technology Technician
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Food Technician to join our team and support the delivery of practical lessons. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable under pressure, and demonstrates a strong work ethic. This role requires a professional, approachable individual who can efficiently manage food preparation, classroom setup, cleaning, laundry duties, maintenance, and food orders.
An advantage for candidates with small business experience, reflecting initiative, independence, and a proactive approach.
This position is 35 hours per week, during term time. Hours are 8.00am to 3.30pm (5 days per week)
Assistant Food Technology Technician
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Assistant Food Technician to join our team and support the delivery of practical lessons. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable under pressure, and demonstrates a strong work ethic. This role requires a professional, approachable individual who can efficiently manage food preparation, classroom setup, cleaning, laundry duties, maintenance, and food orders.
This position is 15 hours per week, during term time. Hours are negotiable but preferred to be 11am to 2pm (5 days per week)

These positions begin on Wednesday 28th January 2026. Remuneration is based on relevant qualifications and experience, and falls within Grade C outlined in the Support Staff Collective Agreement.
