As Head of Guidance, you will be instrumental in ensuring that all ākonga have access to high-quality guidance and counselling services that effectively address their diverse emotional, social, spiritual, and cultural needs. You will be responsible for developing and leading a comprehensive and collaborative approach to counselling support, working closely with the Strategic Leadership Team to further cultivate an inclusive school climate where tolerance, respect, and a sense of belonging are paramount.
