Human Resources Assistant
- Part-time, 20 hours per week

Based in Albany, Kristin School is an independent, co-educational, non-denominational school with more than 1800 students from Early Learning to Year 13. With have over 350 staff from our Early Childhood Centre to our Senior School, Kristin is guided by the strong values of progress, vision, integrity and love, and the environment supports all staff with excellent resources and facilities.
Our small, dedicated HR team requires support with the following areas:
- Transfer of employee data into new HR system (BambooHR)
- Track training, certificates, qualifications and compliance requirements
- HR filing and digitising of employee files
This fixed-term role has been created to ensure our new HR system is up to date and an accurate source of truth for the business. Hours of the role can be flexible, and once a person has been trained onsite, then parts of the role can be undertaken from home.

This role would suit a person studying Human Resources (or similar subjects) or at the early stage of their career. You need to be able to communicate effectively, have a strong attention to detail, be organised, use your initiative, be punctual, and be reliable. It is vital that the successful person can maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism.
