Office Administrator -Reception


We are looking for a permanent Office Administrator- Reception to provide effective and friendly service to all visitors to the school and provide administrative support at the direction of the Office Manager.

The position is 40 hours per week working from 7:30am – 4:00pm daily term time only.

The potential candidate will have previous administration and reception experience.

Remuneration will be in accordance with the Support Staff in Schools Collective Agreement, Grade C.

The ideal candidate will have :

  • Warm personality with a positive, ‘can do’ attitude 

     

     

  • The ability to multi-task, work well within an open plan busy environment and remain calm under pressure

     

     

  • Willingness to learn other roles to be able to provide cover during absences

     

     

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

     

     

  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Gmail and Google docs
