School Operations Administrator
- Full-time, 8.00am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday

Based in Albany, Kristin School is an independent, co-educational, non-denominational school with more than 1800 students from Early Learning to Year 13. Offering both NCEA and International Baccalaureate programmes, our special character school was founded by parents more than 50 years ago. Guided by the strong values of progress, vision, integrity and love, our environment supports all staff with excellent resources and facilities.
Joining our Operations team, the role will help various areas across the school by learning specialist systems and providing backup as needed. This includes support for general administration, buses/transport, reception and retail shop cover. Becoming a guru on the school's management system and other specialist platforms will allow you to be flexible and adaptable to cover as needed across the school. This role provides variety and the opportunity to work with a friendly and supportive team. Full training on our systems will be provided.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the hours are Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.30pm during term time, with additional weeks in each term break. The role also supports the Retail Shop in December/January. The role hours cannot be changed, and the role is based on site.

- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google
- Highly flexible and adaptable
- Able to work autonomously as well as alongside various stakeholders across the School
- Exceptional organisation and administrative skills
- Comfortable working around students and young people
- A great sense of humour!
