THE ROLE / TE MAHI
We are looking for a permanent, fulltime organised, proactive and people-focused Team Administrator to provide high-quality administrative support to our Enrolled School Team in Auckland.
This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of the team by coordinating a wide range of administrative activities, supporting projects and events, managing calendars and travel arrangements, and acting as a key point of contact for staff, whānau and external stakeholders. No two days will be the same. You'll be responsible for:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to leaders and teams.
- Coordinating meetings, events and travel arrangements.
- Managing calendars, correspondence and documentation.
- Supporting purchasing, purchase orders and office operations.
- Assisting with data entry, reporting and information management.
- Building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting organisation-wide initiatives, projects and service improvements.

ABOUT YOU / MŌ KOE
You are a highly organised administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting others to succeed. You will bring:
- At least 3–5 years' experience in an administrative role.
- Experience managing multiple calendars and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and other business systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
- NZSL skills, or a willingness to learn.
