Shirley Boys' High School is a single sex school serving the eastern suburbs of Christchurch. Our purpose is to prepare rangatahi to succeed in their world through high quality teaching with a focus on strong and positive relationships.

The Technical Assistant is a supportive role within the Hard Materials Technology Department, and throughout the school.  They prepare the workshop and ensure it is safe for staff and students.  They will also provide general maintenance throughout the wider school outside of what is covered by the facilities management group.
