Technology Teacher

This is a full-time, fixed-term position for Term 4, commencing Monday, 12 October 2026.

The successful applicant will teach across Junior and Senior Materials Technology, as well as Design and Visual Communication (DVC).

During the first three weeks of the term, the role will include approximately 19 hours of class contact time per week. From week 4, as senior students begin transitioning to study leave, the direct teaching component will be reduced to approximately 7 hours per week.

The remaining hours will be supplemented through a range of school-based duties, including:

  • relief teaching as required
  • examination supervision
  • reader/writer support
The successful applicant will therefore need to be flexible and willing to contribute across a range of responsibilities as the school's needs change throughout the term.
